SEL Curriculum For Grades 1-10
Our SEL curriculum for grades 1-10 empowers students with essential SEL skills such as emotional awareness, regulation, empathy, and goal setting. Each lesson is carefully designed to be age-appropriate and engaging, promoting both academic success and personal development. Our curriculum integrates CASEL’s core competencies, adapted beautifully to the Indian context.
Our SEL curriculum for grades 1-10 is meticulously crafted to empower students by instilling vital social and emotional skills from an early age. The primary objectives of the curriculum are to foster emotional awareness, help students regulate their emotions, cultivate empathy and perspective-taking, and aid in setting and achieving personal goals. For instance, a lesson from our Grade 4 curriculum focuses on effective communication. The lesson includes an introduction to body language, where students learn through engaging role-playing activities. They are tasked with identifying effective and ineffective body language, promoting a deeper understanding of non-verbal communication cues. This hands-on approach not only makes the learning process enjoyable but also ensures that students can apply these skills in real-life situations.
Our curriculum is structured to progress in complexity as students advance through the grades. Each grade includes 24 meticulously designed lessons that can be spread throughout the academic year, ensuring a consistent and comprehensive learning experience. Unique features of our program include a strong emphasis on self-reflection, group collaboration, and interactive games that make learning SEL fun and engaging.
By integrating CASEL’s core competencies into the Indian context, we ensure that our curriculum is culturally relevant and impactful. To date, we have positively impacted the lives of over 4917 children, with school administrators reporting significant improvements in student morale and overall school climate.
SEL Curriculum For Montessori & Kindergarten
Our SEL curriculum for Montessori & Kindergarten focuses on hands-on activities that foster emotional and social development. These activities are designed to be engaging and developmentally appropriate, ensuring that young children can grasp and apply essential SEL skills.
Our Montessori & Kindergarten SEL curriculum is tailored to the unique developmental needs of young children. Unlike the curriculum for older grades, this program includes hands-on activity kits accompanied by detailed lesson plans and instructional videos.
Each activity is designed to be developmentally appropriate, engaging children in meaningful ways that foster their social and emotional growth. The curriculum covers 24 activities focused on key developmental milestones such as recognizing and managing emotions, showing kindness, understanding rules, respecting others, and developing a sense of self. For example, in the kindness module, children are given cards with kind and unkind actions, which they then categorise and discuss, learning to transform unkind behaviours into kind ones.
By incorporating Montessori principles, our activities are designed to be interactive and manipulative-based, avoiding simple worksheets in favour of engaging, hands-on learning. This approach not only helps children as young as four identify their emotions but also encourages them to practice and internalise SEL skills through repetition and active participation. Parents have reported that their children are using the breathing strategies introduced in the curriculum at home, while teachers have observed children implementing specific vocabulary and strategies throughout their daily interactions. This holistic approach ensures that young children develop a strong foundation in SEL that will support their academic and social success as they grow.
SEL Training For Educators
Our SEL training for educators equips teachers with the skills and strategies needed to integrate SEL into their classrooms effectively. This training not only enhances their ability to teach SEL but also supports their own social and emotional development. By modelling SEL, educators can create a positive and supportive learning environment for their students.
Our SEL training for educators focuses on enhancing teachers’ emotional and self awareness and self-regulation, equipping them to model SEL effectively in their classrooms. The main objective is to ensure that teachers are not only able to deliver SEL lessons but also embody SEL principles in their interactions with students. The training covers key topics such as emotional awareness, emotional regulation, effective communication, and conflict management, aligned with CASEL’s core competencies. This interactive and engaging workshop includes hands-on games and activities, making the learning process enjoyable and practical.
The training program is designed to be comprehensive yet flexible, accommodating the busy schedules of educators. Over the course of the training, participants delve into the five main SEL skills and their sub-skills, mirroring the content covered in the student curriculum from grades 1-10. These skills include self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Teachers participate in live demos, interactive discussions, and collaborative exercises, ensuring they can confidently implement SEL strategies in their classrooms.
By the end of the training, educators are equipped with practical techniques to support their students’ social and emotional development, fostering a positive and nurturing school environment.

Our SEL workshops are tailored to address the specific needs of different adult groups, including parents, young adults and corporate teams. These workshops are designed to be highly interactive and reflective, encouraging participants to explore their own social and emotional development. Topics covered include emotional awareness, effective communication, conflict management, and stress reduction, all aimed at enhancing participants’ ability to navigate their personal and professional lives with greater emotional intelligence. For instance, a workshop for parents might include activities that help them understand their children’s emotional needs and strategies for modelling positive behaviour.
The structure of each workshop is flexible, allowing for customisation based on the client’s time availability and specific needs. Typically, workshops are designed to accommodate 30-35 participants, creating an intimate and engaging environment that fosters meaningful discussions and personal growth. Participants engage in self-reflection exercises, group discussions, and practical activities that help them apply SEL concepts to real-life scenarios.
Feedback from participants highlights the transformative impact of these workshops, with many reporting improved relationships with their children, peers, and colleagues.
